vSeeBox warranty
Every vSeeBox V6 Plus, V6 Max and V6 Pro bought from Vseebox Wave includes a 1-year hardware warranty, handled by our own US team.
What's covered
Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 1 year from delivery — including the box, its ports, WiFi and Bluetooth hardware, and the included remote.
What isn't covered
Accidental, liquid or power-surge damage; hardware that has been opened or modified; problems caused by third-party apps or your internet service; and devices bought from other sellers. We sell hardware only — streaming services and subscriptions are not part of the warranty.
How to make a claim
Call or text 800-320-0625 or email sales@vseeboxwave.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. We'll troubleshoot with you first and, if the hardware is faulty, explain the repair or replacement steps.
