Using a vSeeBox
- What is a vSeeBox?
- A vSeeBox is an Android streaming box that connects to your TV over HDMI. The V6 line runs Android 14 and uses apps from Google Play together with your own streaming subscriptions.
- Do the devices include any streaming subscriptions?
- No. We sell hardware only. You sign in to the apps you use with your own accounts and subscriptions.
- How do I set up a vSeeBox?
- Connect the box to your TV with the included HDMI cable, plug in the power supply, pair the remote when prompted, connect to WiFi or Ethernet and sign in to your apps. Most people are done in about 10 minutes.
- vSeeBox vs Firestick or Roku — what's the difference?
- Streaming sticks are small and inexpensive but usually have less storage and fewer ports. The vSeeBox V6 line is a full-size Android 14 box with 32–64GB of storage, Ethernet, USB ports and WiFi 6, which suits people who install many apps or want a wired connection.
- My vSeeBox remote stopped working. What should I do?
- Replace the batteries, restart the box by unplugging it for 30 seconds, then pair the remote again from Settings → Remotes & Accessories. If it still fails, call 800-320-0625 — remotes are covered by the 1-year warranty.
- How can I contact Vseebox Wave?
- Call or text 800-320-0625, email sales@vseeboxwave.com or use the chat assistant on any page. Support is available 7 days a week.
