30-day returns
New, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item arrives back to us.
How to start a return
Email sales@vseeboxwave.com or call 800-320-0625 with your order number. We'll send you return instructions right away. Returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging with all included accessories.
1-year hardware warranty
Every vSeeBox device we sell is genuine and covered by the full manufacturer hardware warranty for one year from purchase. If your device develops a hardware fault, contact us and we'll help you get it resolved under warranty.
